Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Service Center Youngsville. You will blueprint and execute repairs with precision, handling full collision repair from fender to frame. You’ll work on panel and structural repairs, ensuring factory-spec reassembly and a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame pulling, straightening, and squaring to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts mentality with emphasis on correct repairs.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure tight bolts and proper welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first approach coordinating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from bumper to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural repairs and restore to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the workflow.
