Caliber is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician at our McKeesport Service Center to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will handle blueprinting, frame straightening, and precise repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• If you can pull, straighten, and square it up, we want you.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• You’re committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs.
• You collaborate with the painters, estimators, and front office staff in the business.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and precise fit finishes.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to standards.
