Caliber Raleigh – Downtown is seeking collision repair technicians to join a skilled team handling full collision repair with modern equipment. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality service.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame/structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish for market-ready cars.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
