Caliber in Milford, CT is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to perform full repairs with precision. You will straighten frames, repair panels, and reassemble components to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently and safely.

You will need at least two years of hands-on experience, frame know-how, and a strong commitment to quality, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a high-volume shop.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame straightening and structural know‑how required.
• Blueprints, precise repairs and quality reassembly expected.
• End-to-end collision repair teamwork with painters and estimators.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure fit and finish with high attention to detail.
