You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and the front office to ensure high-quality, timely results. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of hands-on experience, the ability to pull, straighten and square damaged metal, and a no-shortcuts mentality.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work space.
