Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in Chicago to join our West Loop center. You will blueprint and perform full collision repairs, from fender repairs to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec results.

A strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and quality will drive daily success in this role. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
