You’ll work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality results. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, with the opportunity to grow skills through I-CAR and ASE trainings and a career path within Caliber.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Blueprinting and precise repairs.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across shop roles.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
