You will blueprint, pull frames, and perform full repairs from fender benders to structural rebuilds, collaborating with estimators and painters to ensure top-notch quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and verify quality.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
