Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Plymouth, MN center. You will perform full collision repairs, from initial blueprinting to final reassembly, using modern equipment and supporting the team across estimators, painters, and front office staff.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a strong frame/structural skill set, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A collaborative, detail-driven mindset ensures quality, safety, and a timely turnover.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
