Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, finish welds, ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor dings to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish on every vehicle.
• Collaborate with body shop team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
