Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in collision repair.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square damaged parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure tight bolts and proper welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment and integrity.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
