Caliber's Lynchburg Service Center is hiring an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with precise, factory-standard workmanship. You should have at least two years of hands-on experience and frame/structural know-how, plus a strong team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to return components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
