Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Waukegan service center. You will perform full collision repairs, straighten frames, and ensure panel and structural work meets factory specs. A team-focused, safety-conscious mindset is essential to deliver quality repairs and timely vehicle returns.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail and quality welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
