Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin seeks an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and customer focus. You’ll disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts while upholding our speed, quality, and service standards.

Work with a team to plan repairs, estimate costs, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role requires attention to detail, safe practices, and the ability to meet production KPIs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and paint as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and KPIs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
