Gerber Collision & Glass in North Carolina is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble and reassemble, and uphold our standards of speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will work with teammates to hit KPIs and serve as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with other repairers and use body repair tools

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW plan consistently
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates
• Repair vehicle bodies with appropriate tools
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and repaint as needed
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles
