Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide an outstanding customer experience through meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, supporting speed, quality, and customer excellence with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repairers preferred.
Ability to read job orders and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Execute WOW plan consistently.
Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
Repair dents with body filler where feasible.
Realign car chassis and frames.
Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts.
Weld, fasten, and repaint vehicles to factory specs.
Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
