Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years collision repair experience or completion of a technical school/apprenticeship program.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use a frame machine.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and quality standards.
• Restore body panels and structural components to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management about additional repairs or delays.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition; operate safely.
• Keep the work area clean and in compliance with safety rules.
• Assist teammates based on schedule and workload.
• Comply with all regulations governing body shop operations.
