Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years collision repair experience or technical school program/apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer procedures.
• Able to read and follow job orders with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in tight spaces.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and quality standards.
• Restore body panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management regarding additional repairs or delays.
• Maintain tools and equipment and operate safely.
• Keep the work area clean and free of safety hazards.
• Assist team members with repairs as schedule requires.
• Comply with all regulations governing body shop operations.
