Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.

• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
• Work and communicate with others about vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Make decisions on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to access vehicle.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces with tools.
• Direct the work of an apprentice when needed.
