Job summary

Autobody USA in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking automotive collision repair technicians to join a fast-paced shop that values teamwork and growth. Your role will involve repairing damaged vehicles to safety standards, diagnosing damage, and planning efficient repairs with a focus on quality and throughput.

We welcome 1–3+ years of collision repair experience, with preference for I-CAR/ASE familiarity. A valid driver’s license is required, and ongoing training is provided to help you advance your skills

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of collision repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of body repair and vehicle structure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to company and safety standards.
• Diagnose damage and plan efficient repairs.
• Communicate repair progress with the team.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements.
