Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our Fort Lauderdale repair center. You will disassemble vehicles, identify repairs, plan work, and restore body panels to industry standards while working with a team in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicles to assist estimators in planning repairs.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged areas.
• Repair body damage using hammering, filling, welding and alignment.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, sander, spray guns, etc.).
• File, grind and sand repaired surfaces before paint.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles for safety and quality.
• Perform other related duties and follow procedures.
