Job summary

• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicles to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and planning repairs
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time
• Plan work procedures following work orders
• Access damaged areas using tools and remove/store parts as needed
• Mend body panels, weld replacement parts, and ensure gaps meet industry standards
• Operate hand and power tools including welders and sanders
• Finish surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding before paint
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with standard operating procedures and safety rules
