Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform collision repairs and related tasks in a busy shop. You will work in a team to disassemble, repair, weld, and reassemble damaged components, following detailed repair plans and safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and 2–3 years of collision repair experience, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, quality, and customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicle to assist estimators in preparing repair plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following work orders.
• Remove upholstery and access damaged areas as needed.
• Mend surfaces, weld, align parts, and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools and ensure safety standards.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles for safety and quality.
