Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of repair methods for vehicle bodies and safe tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents using fillers and tools; realign chassis and frames.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interiors.
• Weld and reattach parts; repaint to factory specs.
