Gerber Collision & Glass on 50th Street in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4-5 years of experience to deliver top-tier vehicle repairs and customer service. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace damaged parts, and ensure repairs meet factory standards.

Expect to work with a team guided by WOW standards, perform cost estimates, and maintain safety and quality throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles per specs.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new parts and repair glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
