Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician for our Clinton, MD center. The role involves performing full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with emphasis on precise blueprinting and factory-spec restoration.

You should have 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong frame/structural skills, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office is essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right first time.
• Attention to detail to ensure tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish in mind.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
