Job summary

Caliber Collision Service Center in St. Louis is seeking skilled technicians to perform full collision repairs from minor dings to major frame work. You will blueprint, straighten, and reassemble to factory specs, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

If you have 2+ years experience, frame/structural know-how, and a detail-driven mindset, you will fit in well. Eligible to work in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecks.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
