Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Pull, straighten, and square it up to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Committed to tightened bolts, welds, and no excuses.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude with colleagues across shops.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish for optimal fit and function.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with safety standards.
