Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision repair experience.
• Experience with frame and structural straightening.
• Ability to blueprint and fix right first time.
• Attention to precise repairs and final finishes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from initial assessment to final finish.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
