Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with the team.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decides repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and related components to access areas.
• Attends safety meetings and follows procedures.
• Operates power tools to finish repaired surfaces.
• Directs an apprentice when needed and explains procedures.
