Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to diagnose, repair, and restore damaged vehicles across a growing network of locations in the United States.

You will operate frame equipment, apply repair standards, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. Competitive benefits and a flexible commission/flag-rate pay model are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Communicate repair status with team.
• Perform quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Remove upholstery and components to gain access to vehicle.
• Attend safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces with tools.
• Direct apprenticeship tasks and explain procedures when needed.
