Job summary

Caliber Collision Henderson is seeking an experienced collision technician to perform full-range repairs with precision. You will blueprint, frame, panel and structural work, ensuring high-quality finishes and fit. A strong team mindset and strict attention to safety and cleanliness are essential.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, two+ years of experience, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how including pulling, straightening and squaring components.
• No shortcuts mentality with attention to precise repairs.
• Strong eye for detail and quality finishes.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars efficiently.
