Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with exact fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
