Qualifications

• At least two years of auto collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to high standards.
• Attention to detail with tight bolts and precise welds.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with the body shop team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from cosmetics to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
