Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: torque bolts, welds with precision.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore bent/torn parts.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep work area safe and tidy.
