Caliber's Louisville - Dixie Hwy service center is hiring collision repair technicians to restore vehicles quickly and safely. With focus on frame, structural repair, and precise reassembly, you’ll work with experienced teammates using modern equipment to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts, welds, and clean work.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return items to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
