Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Louisville – Dixie Hwy is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll blueprint and execute repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and a team-focused environment.

We value at least two years of experience, frame and structural know‑how, and a careful, no-shortcuts mentality. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff, lift up to 50 lbs, and join a culture that rewards safe, precise workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills including pulling and straightening.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint and fix right first time.
• Attention to detail with bolts and welds to ensure quality.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to return to original specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
