Caliber Bowling Green is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our service center team. You’ll blueprint and execute repairs, handling full collision work from fender benders to frame rebuilds and restoring panels to factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts, welds, and care.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
