Caliber Collision’s Lock Haven service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will repair a range of collisions, focusing on frame and structural work with precise, high-quality results.

Bring at least two years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver safe, road-ready vehicles.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
