The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, understands frame and structural repair, maintains quality, and works safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in auto body repair.
• Strong frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Attention to detail in repairs and finishing.
• Ability to collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repairs safely.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dents to frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work effectively as part of a team to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
