Caliber Collision High Point is hiring collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You’ll perform full collision repair from frame rebuilding to panel work, using modern equipment and safety standards.

We seek hands-on professionals with at least two years of experience, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first mindset. Benefits include paid time off and extensive training opportunities, with comprehensive day-one coverage.

Formación

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welded accuracy.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with care.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
