• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structure to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with the team to move vehicles through the shop.
