Caliber is seeking a skilled auto body technician at our Huntersville, NC service center to perform full collision repair. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to restore vehicles to factory specifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening, and squaring parts.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precision welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
