Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Effingham service center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair and reassemble with a focus on quality and efficiency, collaborating with painters, estimators and front office staff.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, detail-oriented workmanship, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; finish to high standards.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
