Job summary

Caliber Collision West Ashley is seeking experienced automotive technicians to perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will blueprint and execute repairs, ensure precise welds and panel alignment, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles through the shop smoothly. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-worthy vehicles.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten, and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix correctly the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: ensure tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Provide quality reassembly and finished details that matter.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
