Caliber Mount Pleasant is hiring a collision repair technician to transform wrecked vehicles into road-ready rides. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from frames to panels, and ensure final reassembly meets factory specs.

We seek at least two years in the field, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish are perfect.
• Work as a team; trust and cooperation move cars through.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
