You will repair fenders, frames and panels, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move cars efficiently through the process.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, frame and structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work returning parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
