Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Bryan- College Station Service Center is hiring skilled auto body Technicians. You’ll perform blueprinting and precise repairs on a range of collision cases, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specs and quality finishes.

You’ll work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a collaborative team setting. Qualified candidates have at least two years of collision repair experience, strong frame knowledge, and a meticulous, safety-conscious

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and precise repairs.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude coordinating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
