Job summary

Caliber Collision's Willis service center is seeking skilled auto body technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, using precise methods and top-tier equipment. A strong eye for detail and a team-first attitude are required to help move vehicles safely and efficiently through the shop.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square components.
• No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignments to spec.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first mindset; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
