You will perform full collision repairs, from dent to finish, including frame and panel work, using high-quality techniques and tools. You will work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role emphasizes precise repairs, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork to move vehicles efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural knowledge.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel/structural work to factory specs.
